Dinner seatings are available Monday through Sunday from to Customer Cases. Later on, I approached the receptionist and asked them for a key card up to my room, as I had left my original one with my wallet inside the room, and asked if they could send someone to help me pick up my daughter.
The floor I stayed on had a lot of children who were attending a nearby conference, and the management had promised me they would change my room, but in the end, even after I talked to them about it, they follow through even though they were the ones to make the promise in the first place.  The staff were very sympathetic and took very good care of us. They charge an extra city tax upon arrival which is not indicated on the website. After removing the sheet of the bed to put on the base, we found that the matrass cover was disgustingly dirty. |
